Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Orders are shipped using the delivery option shown at checkout. Once your package has been accepted by the carrier, tracking details are provided when available so you can follow its progress through delivery.

Standard shipping is $5.00 flat shipping. Shipping charges are displayed before purchase so you can review your total cost before completing your order.

PACKED WITH PURPOSE

Your coffee is carefully sealed and packed in Cheyenne to help protect its aroma, flavor, and overall quality during shipment. From preparation through delivery, we focus on secure handling so every bag arrives ready to brew and enjoy.

SHIPPING TIMELINE

Delivery begins after your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. Transit time varies by destination. Weather, holidays, carrier volume, and service disruptions may affect the estimated arrival date. Once your package is in transit, tracking information provides the most current delivery status.

Tracking details are provided when available after your order ships. A newly created shipment may take time to appear in the carrier’s system, so tracking information may not update immediately. If tracking stops updating for an extended period or shows an unexpected delivery issue, contact us with your order number so we can help review the shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact rb@essentiallivingcoffee.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Include photos when relevant so we can review what happened and determine the appropriate next step.
